Senior QA Specialist (Outerwear & Seam Taped Garments)

Job Description / Responsibility

Supervise quality assurance processes from development through final shipment.
Inspect outerwear and seam-taped garments at various production stages (inline, midline, and final).
Ensure all garments meet buyer-specific technical and quality standards.
Conduct risk assessments and pre-production meetings with factories.
Audit factories to ensure compliance with SOPs and buyer protocols.
Collaborate closely with merchandising and Technical team for technical issue resolutions.
Identify root causes of quality problems and implement corrective/preventive actions (CAPA).
Lead and train factory QC teams.
Prepare detailed QA reports and documentation.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor/Honors

Experience Requirements

At least 10 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Garments, Buying House

Additional Job Requirements

Minimum 10 years of experience in garment QA, with strong expertise in outerwear and seam-taped garments.
Must have experience working with international customers/brands (especially North American or European).
In-depth knowledge of seam sealing, waterproofing, bonding, and technical fabric behavior.
Familiarity with international quality standards and buyer protocols.
Strong knowledge of production flow, AQL standards, and inspection procedures.
Excellent problem-solving and leadership skills.
Willingness to travel to factories across Bangladesh.
