Job Description / Responsibility

Harnest, largest single location garments accessories manufacturer, is looking for a skilled and results-oriented Senior Manager/Manager - Sales & Marekting (Garment Accessories) who will be responsible for driving revenue growth through effective sales strategies and marketing initiatives, focusing on the company's product offerings in the garment accessories sector. They would manage the sales team, develop and implement marketing plans, and analyze market trends to ensure the company's competitive advantage.
Responsible for executing sales and marketing strategies, understanding customer behavior, and working with buyers and production teams to drive growth and profitability.
Responsible to meet with brands, clients, customers and maintaining strong relationships with existing and potential ones with timely coordination
Monitor sales performance and prepare regular analytical reports to senior management.
Fully analyze market trends and competitors to refine strategies and ensure competitive positioning.
Maintain all necessary records, documents, and databases.
Involve and engage in projects, initiatives, and events that are assigned by the Management, which is necessary for the greater well-being of the organization.
Coordinate with production and supply chain teams to ensure timely delivery of products.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing

Experience Requirements

At least 7 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Garments Accessories

Additional Job Requirements

Age at least 33 years
At least 3-5 years of sales and marketing strategy experience (preferably in the manufacturing industry).
Excellent organizational skills and the ability to use Microsoft Office.
Must be fluent in both written and spoken English and Bengal.
Outstanding presentation skills.
