Job Description / Responsibility
  • Raw Nation is a forward-thinking lifestyle and fashion brand committed to delivering unique retail experiences through creativity, innovation, and style. We are expanding rapidly and looking for passionate individuals to join our team and shape the future of visual retail in Bangladesh.
  • Design and implement engaging category-wise layouts, window displays, and focal points aligned with seasonal themes, product performance, and brand guidelines.
  • Plan and execute visual merchandising requirements for new store openings and renovations, including accessories, mannequins, and display enhancements.
  • Collaborate on in-store communication and promotional campaigns with relevant teams.

Educational Requirements
  • Bachelor/Honors
Experience Requirements
  • At least 3 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
  • Retail Store, Buying House, Group of Companies, Boutique/ Fashion, Interior Design

Additional Job Requirements
  • Proficiency in design software: Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, AutoCAD, and 3D Max.
  • Strong understanding of color theory, texture, spatial design, and trend forecasting.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for cross-departmental collaboration.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Analytical mindset combined with creative problem-solving ability.
  • Strong organizational skills with an eye for detail.
