Job Description / Responsibility

Job Responsibilities:
Planning, checking, follow-up, monitoring, and reporting activities of Quality Assurance.
Giving quality assurance solutions to vendors and clients and managing clients on quality regional visits.
Leading a team in the Quality and Technical Department.
Continuous Improvement systems and directly managing the Quality and Continuous Improvement functions.
Directed the Fit & Quality function in order to provide Quality Assurance and Quality Control prior and throughout the production cycle to the delivery of finished products.
Proactive and highlighting the issues well in advance.
Having Seasonal meetings to proactively highlight and ensure preventive action post review of styles.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Develop the quality standard and rules and regulations for achieving the quality of the garments.
Responsible for overall quality assurance/Quality Control.
Setting Q.A team and ensuring that targets are achieved in any other task assigned by the higher authority.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor/Honors
Minimum Graduate/Bachelor's degree in any discipline

Experience Requirements

At least 12 years

Additional Job Requirements

Age 30 to 45 years
Minimum 5 Years in the same position & overall 12 years relevant experience including Liaison Office, Local buying house. PDS working experience will be preferable.
Computer Knowledge.
Expatriates also can apply.
Candidate with a minimum 5 years’ experience in the same position & overall minimum 12 years’ experience required.
Local Buying house experience will be Preferable.
The candidate should be technically sound in Garment Quality & manufacturing process and Apparel production.
Good email writing skills are required for this position.
The applicants should have experience in Quality control/ Audit/ Inspection/ Production in Garments (Woven/Sweater/Knit).
