Job Description / Responsibility

Independently visit buying houses (door-to-door) and showcase the company’s profile and production capabilities.
Source cap & t-shirt production orders through personal contacts, subcontract networks, and professional buyer relationships.
Act as a full-fledged business developer and order generator for cap & t-shirt production – not just a coordinator.
Conduct market research and buyer outreach from the office to generate new leads.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with local buying houses.
Coordinate with the production and sampling teams to ensure timely order execution.
Negotiate prices, delivery schedules, and payment terms effectively.
Provide regular updates and detailed reports to management.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor/Honors, Higher Secondary

Experience Requirements

At least 2 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Garments, Buying House
