Job Description / Responsibility
  • Monitor new product developments and maintain close communication with both clients and vendors to ensure alignment and timely updates.
  • Track all bulk order delivery schedules, ensuring that all goods are properly aligned within the delivery pipeline and any potential delays are noted and addressed.
  • Verify shipment documents thoroughly to ensure they align with the Proforma Invoice (PI) and Letter of Credit (LC) requirements.
  • Coordinate with logistics teams to ensure timely and efficient shipment of goods, including handling any issues related to transportation or customs clearance.
  • Maintain updated records of all transactions, orders, and correspondence for easy reference and accountability.
  • Communicate regularly with production teams to stay informed on manufacturing progress and ensure deadlines are met.
  • Support quality control processes by coordinating inspections and ensuring products meet client specifications before shipment.
  • Manage inventory levels to prevent overstocking or shortages, and coordinate with the warehouse team for accurate stock updates.

Educational Requirements
  • Bachelor of Science (BSc)
Experience Requirements
  • At most 3 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
  • Trading or Export/Import, Garments, Textile, Buying House
