Job Description / Responsibility

Job Context: We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Security In-Charge to manage and lead a security team of 120 guards at our knit composite garments factory. The ideal candidate must be highly disciplined, physically fit, and capable of maintaining a high standard of security and safety across the factory premises.
Ex-armed forces personnel (Army/Navy/Air Force/BGB) will be given preference.
Job Responsibilities:
Lead, supervise, and monitor a large security team (approximately 120 guards).
Ensure overall security, access control, and safety of the factory premises, assets, and personnel.
Prepare and implement security protocols and procedures.
Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with security standards.
Train, motivate, and evaluate the performance of security personnel.
Coordinate with local law enforcement agencies when necessary.
Handle emergency situations efficiently and effectively.
Report security incidents and submit necessary documentation on time.

Educational Requirements

HSC
Minimum HSC/ Degree pass from any recognized institution.

Experience Requirements

5 to 7 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Garments, Textile

Additional Job Requirements

Age 30 to 45 years
Minimum 5 to 7 years of proven experience as a Security In-Charge or Security Supervisor, preferably in the garments or industrial sector.
Height: Minimum 5 feet 8 inches.
Must be 100% physically fit and medically sound.Ex-armed forces personnel (Army/Navy/Air Force/BGB) will be given preference.
Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
Must be smart, proactive, and able to work under pressure.
Should have sound knowledge of security systems, procedures, and emergency responses.
