Manager / Sr. Executive - Marketing

Job Description / Responsibility

Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies for garments accessories (e.g., zippers, buttons, labels, tags, elastics, tapes, hangers, lace, etc.).
Identify and approach potential clients including buying houses, garment factories, and exporters.
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Conduct regular market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor products, and pricing.
Prepare and deliver product presentations and quotations tailored to client needs.
Negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery schedules with customers to close profitable deals.
Coordinate with the production and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of orders.
Attend industry trade shows, exhibitions, and customer meetings to promote products and expand the customer base.
Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets and report on sales performance and forecasts.
Maintain an organized database of customer interactions, leads, and opportunities using CRM tools.
Collaborate with the product development team to align offerings with market demand and customer feedback.
Handle after-sales service and address any client concerns or complaints promptly.

Experience Requirements

2 to 6 years
