Job Description / Responsibility

Northern Corporation Limited, a reputed company, manufacturing garments for world class global brands is looking for dynamic and result-oriented professional for the role of Executive, Performance Management System (PMS).
Design and implement performance management programs that align with the company's strategic goals.
Create and oversee the implementation of the procedures that support and enhance employee performance as per the company’s objectives.
Establish a two-way communication channel to receive employee feedback and modify development policies and standards accordingly.
Gather and assess business intelligence and the necessary data to assess employee performance and identify individual and departmental workplace issues and development barriers.
Determine and resolve workplace issues that prevent optimal performance, such as individual grievances or poor departmental structures.
Collect data regarding KPI from relevant department (Planning, IE & Production) and ensure that KPI program is going smooth for all employees as per company policy.
Monitor and report on performance metrics to inform decision-making.
Conduct employee performance evaluations and provide actionable feedback.
Work closely with HR and management to develop performance improvement plans.
Identify skill gaps and recommend appropriate training programs.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resource Management

Experience Requirements

3 to 5 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Garments

Age 25 to 40 years
Strong understanding of performance management techniques and best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in HR software and performance management systems.
Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
