Job Description / Responsibility
  • Company Overview: We are a rapidly growing online coaching center based in Bangladesh. Our classes are conducted entirely online via Facebook or Zoom Live, and we support our operations through a robust Learning Management System (LMS) website.
  • Position Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual for the position of English Language Trainer ( IELTS & Spoken English ). Join the Premier English Language Team at Tutorian.
  • Employment Type: Full-Time / Part Time.

  • Working Hours:
  • Days: Saturday to Thursday
  • Time: 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM (including scheduled live classes, preparation time, and student support)
  • Mode: Fully Online (via LMS platform and Facebook or Zoom Live)

Educational Requirements
  • Bachelor/Honors
  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree (Please apply only if you have a Bachelor's degree in English with excellent academic performance or a minimum IELTS band score of 7.5 (no band less than 7)
  • CELTA/ELT/TESOL certified/Native Speakers preferred
Experience Requirements
  • 1 to 3 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
  • Training Institutes, Coaching Center, Educational Technology (Edtech) Startup

Additional Job Requirements
  • Age 22 to 40 years
  • Pronunciation: BBC/CNN Standard
  • IELTS Score: Minimum 7.5 Band
  • Teaching Skills: IELTS, Grammar, Speaking, Writing, Vocabulary, Presentations, Kids’ English
  • Audience: Must handle both Kids and Adults
  • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with Ed-Tech & Online Teaching
  • English Medium Background: Female candidates strongly preferred
  • Multi-Tasking: Willing to handle Counselling, Consulting, Writing, PR, Live Classes, Podcasting, Anchoring, etc
