Job Description / Responsibility
  • Language + is looking for a highly skilled and motivated IELTS Instructor who can do more than just teach — someone who can design and develop complete courses, shape English-speaking programs, and contribute to curriculum planning.
  • Familiarity with IELTS exam patterns, Cambridge materials
  • Design and develop IELTS course structure, syllabus, and lesson plans
  • Conduct IELTS preparation classes (Regular & Executive batches)
  • Create and implement English Speaking Courses focused on fluency, phonetics, and real-life communication
  • Build engaging and effective curriculum for both group and one-on-one sessions
  • Monitor student progress and adapt teaching methods accordingly
  • Collaborate with academic coordinators to maintain quality standards
  • Lead or support language club

Educational Requirements
  • Bachelor/Honors
Experience Requirements
  • 2 to 6 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
  • Immigration and Education Consultancy Service

Additional Job Requirements
  • Age 20 to 35 years
  • Strong command of English (Native-like fluency preferred)
  • Band Score of 7.5 or higher
  • 2–3+ years of experience in IELTS teaching and curriculum development
  • Proven experience in course and syllabus design (IELTS & Spoken English)
  • Passionate about teaching and learner success
