- What would you be doing:
- Supervise and support a team of call center agents in their daily activities.
- Monitor call metrics (e.g., average handle time, first-call resolution, customer satisfaction).
- Conduct regular one-on-one coaching, feedback sessions, and team meetings.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
- Assist in the training of new agents.
- Handle escalated customer issues and provide quick, effective resolutions.
- Analyze performance data and prepare regular reports for management.
- Collaborate with other departments to improve customer service processes.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement solutions.
- Foster a positive, high-performance team culture.
- Making Weekly and Monthly report of sale
- Motivate the team to achieve the KPI
Educational Requirements
Experience Requirements
- At least 3 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
- BPO/ Data Entry Firm, Consulting Firms, Call Center
Additional Job Requirements
- Age at least 25 years
- To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- Proven experience as a team lead or senior call center representative.
- Strong leadership and coaching skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to analyze data and make performance-based decisions.
- Proficiency with CRM and call center systems.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Flexible with work hours, including evenings, weekends, or holidays, if needed.
