Job Description / Responsibility

About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Tele sales Expert to join our team. Your primary responsibility will be to generate sales leads, engage potential customers, and close deals over the phone. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a persuasive approach, and a passion for sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to promote products/services.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
Explain product features, benefits, and pricing clearly.
Meet and exceed sales targets on a weekly/monthly basis.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
Handle objections and provide solutions to customer queries.
Follow up with leads to convert them into sales.
Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends.

Educational Requirements

Additional Job Requirements

Proven experience in tele sales, telemarketing, or inside sales.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
Strong persuasive and customer-handling skills.
Experience in the UK financial services or MCA (Merchant Cash Advance) market.
Conduct English-language outbound calls to UK/MCA prospects
