Job Description / Responsibility

Workload: 195 hours a month/ 6 days a work week. 7.5 hours tracked time excl any break time.
We're hiring a Mid-Level Full Stack Developer to join our team and work on AI-powered web applications.
This full-time role (45 hours/week) requires strong experience with Laravel, React, and API integration.
You'll be responsible for developing and maintaining modern web apps using Laravel, Inertia.js, and React, creating secure authentication systems, integrating AI via external APIs, and deploying to production servers.
Our tech stack includes MySQL/PostgreSQL, Raw PHP, and CI/CD tools.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science & Engineering

Experience Requirements

At least 2 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Software Company, Development Agency, Business-to-Business (B2B) Software and Services Startup

Additional Job Requirements

The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience, a solid grasp of PHP OOP, RESTful APIs, Git, and frontend best practices.
Strong problem-solving skills, good communication, and a passion for modern development are essential.
Must have prior working experience in Laravel + React Developer position in any local or internation companies.
Must have a valid NOC from previous company
Must show previous work and prepare to explain them on interview call
Must do a assessment task after shortlisted
Skills:
Backend: Laravel, Raw PHP

Database: MySQL/PostgreSQL5
Deployment: Server management, CI/CD
