Job Description / Responsibility

Conduct market visits to identify potential clients and create new business opportunities.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients.
Manage customer relationships through personal sales visits, ensuring a high level of service.
Plan, organize, and implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve sales targets.
Analyze market trends, forecast business potential, and evaluate business opportunities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with private clients and continuously monitor their needs.
Track competitor activities and develop suitable strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
Address customer inquiries, concerns, and issues effectively.
Monitor, analyze, and report sales performance and market trends to management.
Set and achieve sales targets while ensuring maximum revenue collection.
Develop and execute effective sales and marketing plans.
Maintain excellent communication and interpersonal relationships with customers and stakeholders.
Oversee marketing activities, sales promotions, and advertising campaigns.
Ensure overall business profitability and provide timely reports to management.
Perform any other tasks assigned by the management.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor/Honors

Experience Requirements

At least 1 year
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Manufacturing (Light Engineering and Heavy Industry), Plastic/ Polymer Industry, Steel
Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Professional and decent appearance.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a challenging and pressured environment.
Computer proficiency in MS Word & Excel.
Target-driven and able to work independently.
Prior experience in SS/MS/GI pipe sales & marketing will be given preference. Candidates with other sales & marketing experience are also highly encouraged to apply.
