Job Description / Responsibility

Manage House rent, utility bills, land tax, and holding tax for clients.
Land or Flat buy/sale for our respective clients
Looking for new NRB clients to manage their properties and meet sales targets.
Searching for new properties physically and dealing with developers or Flat owners.
Upload property details on Social Media.
Always update property details on the website.
Knowledge of land laws and real estate legal principles.
Field visits are mandatory.
Any other tasks that management assigns.

Educational Requirements

Diploma, Bachelor/Honors, Masters

Experience Requirements

At least 2 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Real Estate

Additional Job Requirements

Age at least 25 years
Must be a hard worker, honest, and dedicated.
Mentally prepare for work in the field very frequently.
Daily project visit reports have to be submitted to management.
Property details must be uploaded or removed from the Facebook page and website on the same day.
