Job Description / Responsibility
- Drive area sales growth and meet ambitious targets
- Lead and inspire your field sales force
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity
- Ensure top-notch product availability and visibility
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
- Coordinate with marketing for promotional campaigns and brand visibility.
- Make daily field visits for Sales to Customer to Retain Existing Business, increase volume & Pursue New Customers.
- Maintain Relationships with clients/customers by providing information, support, and offers.
- Achieve short-term and Long-Term sales goals for the company.
- To look after customer queries.
- Creating strategies to successfully reach new business opportunities
- Responsible for the growth & development of the Product portfolio
- Build effective trading relationships with key decision makers
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
Experience Requirements
- At least 3 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
- Advertising Agency, Newspaper/Magazine, Direct Selling/Marketing Service Company, Group of Companies
Additional Job Requirements
- Age 28 to 40 years
- Excellent team leadership & negotiation skills.
- Tech-savvy with strong reporting capabilities.
- Willing to travel and take ownership of the area.
- Knowledge of market trends and competitor analysis.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities to engage clients effectively.
- Ability to negotiate terms and close deals that benefit the company and the client.
- Candidates with experience working in the Media/print/advertising sectors will be preferred.
