Job Description / Responsibility
  • Context:
  • We are searching a person who has strong personality and well organised managing capability for a 100% export oriented South Korean based head wear company.
  • Job Responsibilities:
  • Preparation / Issue office order & circular in respect of Admin issues.
  • Very good written and oral communication skill both in English & Bengali.
  • Managing all aspects of a development organization from inception to completion, including overseas communication, obtaining financing, and maintaining written and oral communication with government organization as well as foreign/international organization
  • Capable to handle foreign employees work permit, Visa, Passport, Air ticketing independently without any help from others.
  • Recommend administrative solutions, drive initiatives, and implement new processes or tools in support of business priorities.
  • Identify need for new policies and procedures due to changing business needs, best practice and legislative changes.
  • Capable to maintain liaison with all government office like- BIDA, FSCD, FSID, DIFE, also maintain liaison with public relation.
  • Managing staff performance management and appraisal processes.
  • Working Experience in Korean company will be preferable.

Educational Requirements
  • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA), Master of Business Administration (MBA)

  • 8 to 15 years
