Job Description / Responsibility

We are looking for a seasoned Project Manager to lead and oversee the full lifecycle of civil construction, utilities, and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) works in a large-scale industrial infrastructure setup. This role is critical in ensuring the timely, cost-effective, and compliant delivery of all engineering scopes in alignment with quality, safety, and RSC/BEPZA standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Execution: Supervise the end-to-end implementation of civil, structural, utility, and MEP works, including plumbing, HVAC, electrical, drainage, fire safety, and substation.
Team & Contractor Management: Coordinate multidisciplinary teams (civil, MEP, utility) and supervise vendors/contractors on daily operations.
Schedule & Progress Tracking: Develop integrated master schedules and ensure adherence to all milestones and deliverables.
MEP & Utility Coordination: Ensure design, installation, and commissioning of MEP systems are carried out as per applicable codes and in seamless integration with structural works.
Compliance & Safety: Enforce RSC, BEPZA, BNBC, NFPA, and other regulatory compliance, and ensure strict safety protocols including PPE usage.
Reporting: Maintain daily logs and submit weekly progress and compliance reports to management.
Inspection & Handover: Ensure all utility services are tested, commissioned, and approved by concerned bodies including RSC and BEPZA before final handover.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil Engineering
Certification or additional training in MEP/Utility systems will be a plus

Experience Requirements

At least 10 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Manufacturing (Light Engineering and Heavy Industry), Engineering Firms, Garments, Real Estate

Additional Job Requirements

Age 35 to 45 years
Minimum 7 years of experience in managing large-scale industrial construction projects.
Proven track record of handling civil, utility, and MEP scopes simultaneously.
Prior experience in RMG, or industrial construction is preferred
