Job Description / Responsibility

Job Context:
AKH Knitting & Dyeing Ltd. (AKDL) is a 100% Export Oriented Knit Composite Factory located at Phulbaria, Tetuljhora, Savar, Dhaka and a sister concern of AKH Group. We are looking for few experienced Pattern Master for Knit Garments.
Responsibilities:
To ensure garments, pattern development, grading as required.
To ensure sample quality (styling, measurement, dummy fitting etc.), and all technical aspects are fully complied with the buyer requirements.
Review and Understand buyer comments on Pattern & Sample and ensure necessary correction as required by buyer.
To provide technical advice and support to customer's, merchandising staffs, factories, and production team members.
To communicate with merchandiser and factory production staffs.
To attend meeting with the management as required.
Any other job as assigned by the management time to time

Educational Requirements

Experience Requirements

7 to 10 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Garments, Group of Companies

Additional Job Requirements

Age 25 to 38 years
Fashion Designing, Making pattern.Ability to work under pressure.
Good Communication skills both in Bangla and English.
Good computer knowledge and proficient in MS Office operation.
Male and Female both can apply.
