Job Description / Responsibility
  • Liaise with BV, UL, and others to align audit expectations and minimize inspection failures.
  • Lead audits to reduce DHU/OQL; recalibrate and train teams based on external data.
  • Align with merchandising and customer quality teams on standards and schedules.
  • Manage DQAs and auditors across locations; plan resources proactively.
  • Ensure 100% final inspection pass rate, <10% rescreens, and low store claims.
  • Conduct regular training and calibration for audit consistency.

Educational Requirements
  • Bachelor degree in any discipline
  • Graduation in any discipline
Experience Requirements
  • 10 to 12 years
