Job Description / Responsibility

Job Context: We are seeking Assistant Manager / Sr. Executive- Finance & Accounts to join our team and play a vital role, providing essential support and expertise in financial and accounting functions.
Responsibility:
Assist in financial analysis, reporting, and budgeting activities.
Ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial records.
Collaborate with the finance team to prepare comprehensive financial statements and reports.
Ensure compliance with VAT and TAX regulations through accurate documentation, reporting, and timely submissions.
Monitor and manage compliance with financial regulations and accounting standards.
Contribute to cash flow management and forecasting efforts.
Facilitate coordination and preparation for audits.
Provide financial insights and support for decision-making processes.
Identify opportunities for process improvements within the finance and accounting department.
Supervise and mentor junior team members, offering guidance and support.
Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices in finance and accounting.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor/Honors
CA – Level 2 qualification or partial qualification in ACCA/CIMA is required.

Experience Requirements

At least 3 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Manufacturing (FMCG), Trading or Export/Import, Garments Accessories

Additional Job Requirements

Candidates must have a minimum of three (3) years of experience in an audit firm and at least two (2) years of relevant experience in a manufacturing company.
Must be fluent in English, both written and spoken.
