Job Description / Responsibility
- Achieve targets as per Annual Business plan for the respective territory
- Ensure Market coverage across geographies & industrial segments to analyses key market trends
- Monitor lead generation to ensure sufficient enquiry pipeline for achieving sales target
- Understanding the customer needs & identifying opportunities at existing plants for upgrades & improvements.
- Understanding client requirement and sharing information with relevant stakeholders to device best and customized solution, tender/ inquiry evaluation.
- Attending sales meetings & negotiations with customers.
- Track & report sales and marketing activities on periodic basis.
- Analysis of Orders won and lost and implement learnings and follow best practices.
- Engage in techno - commercial discussions with clients, consultants, EPC contractors for business development in respective regions.
- Tracking Competition strategy and device counter for same.
- Actively work on building the brand and image of Thermax
- Build and maintain a detailed, active customer database.
- Build and manage relationships with large corporate and business houses.
- Coordination with Peers from other divisions/regions and maximize cross sale opportunities.
- Business development through new applications/FOAK products. • Attend service call & troubleshooting.
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Mechanical Engineering, Diploma in Mechanical in Mechanical Engineering, Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Electrical & Electronic Engineering, Diploma in Electrical
