Job Description / Responsibility
  • If you are passionate about helping students achieve their dream of studying abroad.
  • If you are confident in communicating on social media and building relationships.
  • We are looking for an enthusiastic Counselor / Social Media Leads Officer to join our dynamic team!
  • Responsibilities:
  • Counsel students on study abroad options (Canada, UK, USA, Denmark etc.)
  • Handle incoming leads from Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp & website
  • Maintain follow-ups via chat, call, and CRM
  • Post and manage educational content across platforms
  • Book appointments for senior counselors
  • Convincing interested students in a professional way.

Educational Requirements
  • Graduate / Final year students can apply
Additional Job Requirements
  • Previous experience in counseling is a bonus!
  • Smart communication & English proficiency
  • Knowledge about Tele-communication or Tele-marketing
  • Knowledge of social media (Messenger, WhatsApp, Insta DM)
