Job Description / Responsibility

Responsible for ensuring accurate and timely billing of customer accounts.
Ensure the customer support and assistance with account issues.
Developing and implementing billing systems·
Determining billing rates and procedures and issuing invoices.
Responsible for developing and administering billing policies and procedures.
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date billing records.
Providing customer service related to billing issues.
Ensure to submit accurate and timely invoices to clients.
Ensure that all billing procedures and processes are followed and that all accounting and financial information is accurate.
Any other tasks assigned by the club authority.

Educational Requirements

HSC, Diploma in Hotel Management

Experience Requirements

2 to 5 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Hospital, Hotel, Restaurant, Club

Additional Job Requirements

Age at most 35 years
Able to write and speak in English and Bengali.
Strong understanding of billing procedures.
Ability to work under pressure.
Ability to use billing devices.
