Job Description / Responsibility

Responsibilities:
Manage the day-to-day financial transactions of the company, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records and perform regular reconciliations.
Prepare and maintain financial statements, reports, and records in compliance with accounting principles and regulations.
Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes, providing insights and recommendations.
Process payroll and maintain employee records related to compensation and benefits.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as procurement and production, to ensure accurate recording of expenses and inventory.
Assist in preparing tax returns and liaise with external auditors during audits.
Monitor cash flow and manage cash disbursements and collections.Keep up to date with changes in financial regulations and ensure compliance.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting, Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Finance

Experience Requirements

At least 2 years

Additional Job Requirements

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
Proven experience as an accountant, preferably in the tea manufacturing industry.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and regulations.
Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office suite.
Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Knowledge of tea manufacturing processes is a plus.
