Job Description / Responsibility

Initiate Indent for both imported & local goods.
Issue material to production floor.
Follow up the pipeline materials with supply chain department.
Regular reconciliation of materials.
Petty cash management.
Provision of monthly expenses
Salary & PF related work.
Bank reconciliation.
Ensure delivery in due time.
Prepare schedule for delivery.
Communicate with logistics support.
Ensure delivery as per delivery order
Daily finished goods stock position.
PI wise delivery completion report in weekly.
Physical inventory counting monthly.
Any other works given by supervisor.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor of Commerce (BCom), Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA), Bachelor of Business Studies (BBS)
B.Com/ BBA/ BBS in Accounting/ Finance/ Management from any reputed public or private university.

Experience Requirements

2 to 5 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Manufacturing (FMCG), Food (Packaged)/Beverage, Electronic Equipment/Home Appliances, Chemical Industries, Plastic/ Polymer Industry, Mobile Accessories, Cement
