Job Description / Responsibility

Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Assistant Accountant to join our team. The successful candidate will work closely with various departments to ensure efficient financial operations and will play a key role in managing the company's financial records.
*Key Responsibilities:
Invoice Preparation:
Collaborate with the sales team to prepare and issue text invoices accurately. Ensure alignment with sales agreements and maintain detailed records for future reference.
Financial Statements Management:
Prepare and manage accounts receivable and accounts payable statements. Ensure that all transactions are recorded accurately and consistently.
Sales Reporting:
Compile and analyze monthly sales data. Prepare comprehensive sales reports and submit them to management for review. Highlight trends and provide insights for decision-making.
Financial Forecasting:
Forecast company expenses by analyzing past financial data and market trends. Develop accurate projections for future spending and provide forecasts for incoming funds to assist in strategic planning.
Customer and Supplier Relations:
Engage with key customers to set convenient payment dates, ensuring a smooth payment process.
Coordinate with suppliers and schedule payments efficiently to maintain good relationships and ensure timely receipt of goods/services.

Educational Requirements

Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Cost & Management Accounting

Additional Job Requirements

*Qualifications:*
•⁠Must hold an MBA from a renowned university in Bangladesh.
•⁠A minimum of 2 years of experience working as an assistant accountant.
Training:
A comprehensive 3-month training program will be provided by the company to ensure proficiency in all job responsibilities and the use of our financial systems.
Job Location:
This is a home-based position, leveraging the Microsoft Teams platform for communication and collaboration with the team and other departments.
