Job Description / Responsibility

Context:
One Pharma Ltd. embarked on its pioneering journey in November 2015 with a focus on incorporating cutting-edge manufacturing technology and producing globally acclaimed pharmaceutical products for the patients of Bangladesh and beyond. One Pharma Limited is looking for a reliable, honest & dedicated Accounts Officer (Depot Office) who will be responsible for looking after overall depot accounts activities effectively & efficiently.
Job Responsibilities:
Receiving all sales proceeds by Cash/DD/PO/OL through proper checking and deposit to concerned bank within the day. Ensure timely and accurate data entry in ERP.
Preparing money Indent as per prescribed format on monthly basis.
Preparing depot distribution cost and assist to DIC for controlling the cost.
Checking & verifying bills & vouchers, ensure necessary payments with proper approval & guideline, Ensure timely and accurate data entry in ERP.
Must have basic knowledge of TAX and VAT.
Examining physical stock and check it with stock register in every month within the cutoff date and report to head office accounts and finance department.
Examining fixed asset register and review procedure for periodical checking of physical existence of fixed assets. Check the proper supporting/source documents of expenditure & confirm whether the expenses incurred for company purposes for TA/DA, Promotional Bill, Car expenses, Office maintenance, Entertainment bill.
Maintaining all books of accounts (e.g. petty cash, Banks) registers (e.g. Remittance cheque & Advance), Monthly report, Quarterly reports, Ledger properly as well as reconciled bank accounts.
Any other work as and when required by management.

Educational Requirements

Honors/master's in accounting or finance (Candidates who have completed B. Com/ M. Com can also apply)

Experience Requirements

3 to 5 years

Additional Job Requirements

Age 25 to 35 years
Having good knowledge in Microsoft Office·
Experience in Pharmaceutical industry will get preference.
