Job Description / Responsibility
  • 1. Daily Financial Transactions
  • Record daily sales and expenses.
  • Reconcile cash, credit card, and online payment receipts.
  • 2. Accounts Payable & Receivable
  • Process vendor invoices and ensure timely payments.
  • Maintain records of supplier accounts.
  • Follow up on customer payments if applicable
  • 3. Payroll Support
  • Assist in preparing staff payroll, including tips, overtime, and deductions.
  • Maintain attendance and time-sheet records.
  • 4. Inventory & Cost Control
  • Coordinate with kitchen for stock purchase records.
  • Help track inventory levels and cost of goods sold.
  • 5. Bank Reconciliation
  • Reconcile bank statements with internal records.
  • Report discrepancies to senior accountant or manager.
