Job Description / Responsibility
  • Preparation & review of monthly financial statements and report
  • Preparation of management report based on the financial statements
  • Maintaining all supporting documents of all transaction.
  • Prepare monthly/yearly branch sales summary and expenses report
  • Checking & Posting sales/ Purchase Invoice, Cash payment voucher, Vendor Bill, Vendor Payment, Bank voucher, Treasury Deposit, Term loan, Short Term Loan, Utility bill, advance and other bills.
  • Prepare & checking Daybook.
  • Reconcile of Card sales, checking Merchant copy with settlement copy.
  • Collection & payment posting & reconcile on regular basis
  • Preparation of Bank and loan reconciliation statement
  • Accrue bill checking & posting on monthly basis.
  • Preparation of VAT current account adjustment & reconciliation statement
  • Monthly Fixed Asset Register Prepare & Depreciation Calculation in Excel
  • Monthly stock valuation
  • Other task assigned by the management.
  • Expert knowledge in MS Excel and Word is Mandatory

Educational Requirements
  • Master of Commerce (MCom) in Accounting
  • Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting
Experience Requirements
  • 1 to 2 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
  • Retail Store, Group of Companies, Tailor shop

Additional Job Requirements
  • Age 22 to 30 years
