Job Description / Responsibility

A renowned export-oriented woven-based garments industry (3 associates factories having 170 Sewing lines, exporting more than 4.5 Million pcs garments per month) located in Savar, Dhaka, Bangladesh.
We are looking for dynamic and professional people for the post of "GM of Planning ". The incumbent must be energetic & possess an enthusiastic personality with self-driven competency for taking on challenges.
The candidate will be responsible for making an effective monthly production plan/ advance plan of the orders in consultation and coordination with Marketing and Merchandising, production head, & management team, and timely input.
Reviewing production plan with capacity and strength along with ensuring timely shipment through strong production follow-up.
Order status monitoring & regularly scheduled meetings with Merchandising, production & store department for order Planning & proper line allocation of the styles.
Goals Analysis of low production & collect lost time against low production and clarify Monitor line-wise production report by hourly output basis Ensure the accurate & optimal capacity planning while ensuring cost reduction & increased profitability.
Always be updated on production status whether it is meeting the production plan or not, if not then make a root cause analysis and give a quick solution for a smooth operation.
Building relationships with merchandising department & Production people for smooth operation.
Any other task assigned by the management.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Technology
Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Industrial Eng & Production

Experience Requirements

At least 15 years
