Job Description / Responsibility

Utilize your professional knowledge of pattern making, modifying & grading, working knowledge of digital pattern program for Sweater Extensive knowledge of knit construction, including understanding of knit machinery, familiarity with yarns, gauges, stiches
Explain customers’ basic requirements, fitting guidelines, and standards (SOP) to factories. Work on set target for fit/PP samples and minimizing rejections, approval of the samples.
Be the advocate to provide technical advice and support. Strong garment aesthetic feelings. Ability to give direction to the factories to make the samples with better aesthetic/nicer outlook.
Evaluate the fit of each sample identifying fit problems and recommending appropriate solutions.
Act as the point of contact for vendors and answer questions regarding fit, specs, pattern, trims and construction.
Ability to focus further production processes at the time of the sample development, able to give direction to factories to prepare production friendly samples by simplifying the construction/workmanship details if any possibility.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor/Honors
Diploma In Textile

Experience Requirements

At least 9 years
