Position Overview

The Manager will be responsible for the overall administration, operations, and coordination of hospital activities. This role requires strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills to ensure smooth daily operations, efficient patient services, and effective staff management. The Manager will work closely with the owners and report directly to the central management team.

Job Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day hospital operations to ensure smooth functioning.
• Implement policies, procedures, and standards set by the Head Office.
• Supervise hospital departments including patient services, pharmacy, accounts, and general administration.
• Ensure proper use and maintenance of hospital machinery, equipment, and facilities.
• Supervise medical, paramedical, and administrative staff to ensure discipline and efficiency.
• Oversee staff attendance, shift management, and performance monitoring.
• Assist in staff recruitment, training, and performance evaluation in consultation with owner.
• Address staff grievances and maintain a positive working environment.
• Ensure patients receive proper care and support with respect and dignity.
• Oversee the patient registration, billing, and discharge process.
• Handle patient complaints and ensure quick resolution.
• Coordinate with community representatives, donors, and NGOs to strengthen hospital services.
• Ensure hospital activities comply with local health regulations and organizational policies.
• Maintain strict confidentiality of patient records and hospital data.
• Implement safety, hygiene, and infection control standards across the hospital.
• Computer literacy essential.

Academic Qualifications

Applicant must have a master's in any discipline.

Experience Required

Minimum 7–9 years hospital experience.

Salary Range

Competitive salary (negotiable based on experience and qualifications).
