Job Responsibilities :

 

1.Senior Executive:
  • Auto Bricks sales.
  • Increase Sales (Corporate level and Field level).
  • Must be target oriented, able to fulfill responsibilities.
  • Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
  • Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media.
  • Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns.
  • Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services.
  • Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data.
  • Ensure the availability of stock for sales and demonstrations.
  • Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences
  • Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve better results.
  • Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal team.
  • Regular follow-up with existing/ potential clients.
  • Build a strong relationship with the customer.
  • Market visit, client hunt, creating market opportunity.
  • Must act as a bridge between the company and its current market and future markets to promote the product.
  • Make presentations to potential customers.
  • Manage existing & new potential customers by personal sales visits, using face-to-face contact to deliver the products.
  • Prepare report as required by management.
  • Develop plans for products and promotion and taking necessary action regarding integrated brand management.
  • Manage the Sales team and report to the superiors.
  • Develop and simultaneously create the company`s brand image.
  • Duty Area: Dhaka (North Zone, South Zone).

 

2.Sales Executive:
  • Auto Bricks sales.
  • Increase Sales (Corporate level and Field level).
  • Must be target oriented, able to fulfill responsibilities.
  • Setting sales goals and developing sales strategies.
  • Researching prospects and generating leads.
  • Contacting potential and existing customers on the phone, per email, and in person.
  • Handling customer questions, inquiries, and complaints.
  • Preparing and sending quotes and proposals.
  • Managing the sales process through specific software programs.
  • Building and maintaining a CRM database.
  • Meeting daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
  • Participating in sales team meetings.
  • Duty Area: Dhaka (North Zone, South Zone).

 

3.Sales representative:
  • Be knowledgeable about the product
  • Auto Bricks sales.
  • Increase Sales (Corporate level and Field level).
  • Field Visit, do Door to Door Marketing and sell the products.
  • Must be target oriented, able to fulfill responsibilities.
  • Identify prospective customers, lead generation, and conversion
  • Contact new and existing customers to discuss needs
  • Emphasize the features of products to highlight how they solve customer problems.
  • Answer questions about the products.
  • Negotiate prices and terms and prepare sales agreements.
  • Collaborate with colleagues in many different sectors.
  • Maintain contact lists and follow up with customers to continue relationships.
  • Duty Area: Dhaka (North Zone, South Zone).
Academic Qualifications : 
  • Under Graduates/ Graduates/ Post Graduates (From Marketing Dept/ Supply Chain Management.)
Experience Required :
  • Sr. Sales Executive: 2-5 years sales experience in any Auto Bricks company or any Construction-related organization.
  • Sales Executive: 1-3 years sales experience in any Auto Bricks company or any Construction-related organization.
  • Slaes Representetive: Freshers Can Apply.
Additional Job Requirements :
  • Must be target oriented, able to fulfill responsibilities.
  • Manage existing & new potential customers by personal sales visits, using face-to-face contact to deliver the products and serve the services.
  • Sound communication skill in English both speaking and writing.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Personal transportation (BIKE) will be highly prioritized.
  • Should have positive attitude.
  • Collect the leads (sales) and implement them in every proper and possible way.
Salary range  : Will be mentioned to the Applicant/ Negotiable
