(i) Masters in any discipline preferably in Business Administration with lots of experience in secretarial field
(ii) Fellow/Associate of the Institute of Chartered Secretary.
(iii) Must be well conversant in speaking & writing English.
(iv) Must be well acquainted with Insurance Laws, Company Laws and other relevant laws.
(v) Must have IT knowledge.
(vi) Must be skilled in writing meeting minutes, drafting letters, self- dependent in office work.
Retired Company Secretary, DMD and above of any Insurance company, high ranking retired Govt. officials not below the rank of Deputy Secretary or any officer with rank and status of Deputy Secretary may also apply. |
