Job Responsibilities
- Target Achievement: Lead the region to meet or exceed annual, quarterly, and monthly revenue and profitability goals.
- Strategy Implementation: Execute regional sales plans aligned with national corporate objectives.
- Team Leadership: Recruit, train, mentor, and evaluate Regional/Area/Territory Sales Managers and sales representatives.
- Market Analysis: Monitor competitor activities, industry changes, and consumer trends to spot new growth opportunities.
- Key Account Management: Build strong relationships with major distributors, partners, and key clients.
- Reporting & Budgeting: Prepare operational budgets, forecast sales requirements, and submit performance reports to upper management.
Academic Qualifications
- Minimum Graduate / Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
Experience Required
- 3 to 5 years of FMCG products sales experience, with at least 2 years in a management role./CRM 1-2 years
Additional Job Requirements
- Skills: Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and strategic planning skills.
- Software: Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking data tools.
- Travel: Ability to travel frequently within the assigned region.
