Job Context

  • We are looking for a dynamic and self-driven professional to join as an Asst. Manager-Finance & Banking.
  • The candidate must be highly adaptive who inspires innovation and be able to lead change for optimum productivity.

Job Responsibilities :

  • Accounts preparation on monthly, quarterly and yearly basis in accordance with accounting standard.
  • Prepare all kind of financial statements & reports that are related with day to day business operation of the company.
  • Prepare periodical financial analysis that indicates the financial status of the company.
  • Prepare all financial statement & reports to meet the requirements of internal audit and external audit.
  • Perform month end and yearly financial closing activities.
  • Know treasury management & budgetary control system for smooth business operation.
  • Able to prepare periodical financial budget & business plan.
  • Compliance with local and international legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Proper calculation of VAT, Tax, custom duty and pricing.
  • Ensure all regulatory reporting deadlines are met within time limit (VAT return, TDS return, income Tax return, FDI report and all other registration & renewals.
  • All kind of cost-benefit analysis to ensure cost minimization and profit maximization of the Company.
  • Over all accounting entry in accounting software.
  • LC operation & Management.
  • Maintain cashbook, Bank book & Ledger book schedule of party payment.
  • Efficient in Bank correspondence & Transaction management.
  • Ensure proper bank reconciliation, vendor reconciliation, accounts receivable & payable reconciliation and other reconciliation.
  • CAPEX controlling, asset addition, disposal, selling, transfer, capitalization, depreciation and forecasting.
  • Experience & knowledge regarding EDF loan.

Employment Status :


Educational Requirements :

  • Bachelor / Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting.

Experience Requirements :

  • Above 5 years

Additional Requirements :

  • Age 35 to 45 years.
  • Males professionals are recommended.
  • The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
    Accounts, Finance, Audit, Tax (VAT/ Customs Duty/ Income Tax)
  • Willingness to work in a team proactively and individually.
  • Ability to work under pressure and adaptive to change.
  • Excellent communication skills both in English and Bengali.
  • Excellent knowledge in MS Office, email and Internet.
