Job Context
Looking for young, dynamic, and energetic individuals for the Marketing and Sales department. Minimum 5 years of experience for Manager and 2-3 years for Sr. Marketing Executive in apartment/flat sales.
Job Responsibilities
- Highly knowledgeable on Flat sales, Land Real Estate business, and present market.
- Positive mindset to achieve monthly, quarterly & yearly strategic targets.
- Organizing sales team, monitoring, and controlling executives.
- Manage and motivate team members to achieve team sales targets.
- Corporate sales planning and implementation.
- Handle customer queries with satisfaction and relationship development.
- Maintain a good office atmosphere and enhance team-building spirit.
- Any other task assigned by Management.
Educational Requirements
- MBA in Marketing for Marketing Manager.
- Bachelor degree of Marketing (Honours).
- Skills: Marketing, Real Estate Sector.
Experience Requirements
- Marketing Manager: 5 - 10 year(s).
- Sr. Marketing Executive: 2 - 5 year(s).
- Must have best knowledge of Developer & Land work.
Additional Requirements
- Age: 30 to 40 years & 25 to 30 years.
