Position : Chief Operating Officer (COO) Vacancy : 01

 

Job Responsibilities :
  • Oversee daily operations & procedures of CSD, CDBL, Settlement& IT Department.
  • Ensure operational activities comply with organizational requirements as well as the requirements of the Regulatory Bodies.
  • Ensure immediate troubleshooting in operational issues
  • Ensure daily share reconciliation & match share no. between CDBL & Back Office software; ensure reporting to BSEC if any mismatch found.
  • Oversee Anti Money Laundering & Compliance issues regulated by Bangladesh Bank (BB) and report accordingly.
  • Solve operational issues related to Merchant Banks when required.
  • Ensure customer complaints related to operation dept. are handled in proper & timely manner.
  • Preparing meeting memos for Board Meetings, reports & other external letters as per the requirement of the higher authority.
Educational Requirements : 

  • Post-graduation from any reputed university with satisfactory academic track record.

Experience :
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in the same industry.
  • Candidates will be ranked based on their experience.
Salary range  : Negotiable.  Based on Experience & Position.
