- Graphic Design Expert: (Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator)
- Expert on Meta Ads Campaign.
- Expert on Social Media Marketing.
- Motion Video Making, Video Editing & Animated Shorts Video Create Expert.
- Quality Content Writing ideas.
- Knowledge of YouTube Video marketing & SEO.
- Certifications in Google Analytics, or social marketing platforms.
- Knowledge of video marketing, content marketing, or influencer marketing strategies.
- Priority: Have experience in Facebook, SMS, WhatsApp & other online Digital Marketing.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data-driven digital marketing.
- Proven experience in digital marketing, with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns.
Responsibilities & Context
Content Creation and Management:
- Manage and maintain the company's websites. (PHP & Laravel).
- Manage and improve the website content, considering SEO and Google Analytics.
- Create banners, infographics, and promotional materials.
- Microsoft Office & Excel Knowledge.
- Manage the creation and distribution of engaging written or graphic content.
- SEO and SEM.
- Search Engine Optimization (SEO): On Page & Off Page.
- Determine SEO strategy and various content channels to utilize.
Develop and Implement Digital Marketing Strategy:
- Plan and execute all Digital Marketing Campaigns, including SEO/SEM, Social Media and Display Advertising.
- Develop, implement and manage marketing campaigns that promote the company products and services specially real estate project (Apartment).
