Job Responsibilities:

• Fully responsible for technical part documentation of tenders and Bangladesh projects (Mostly Air conditioning and ventilation -HVAC) and their executions at site.
• Reading and understanding of specifications, scope of work and other clauses in the technical drawings and documents.
• Attending Pre bid meetings and site inspection visits.
• Complete in charge for installation and commissioning of company's projects at site.
• Collecting required quotes and prices from local suppliers, service department and local contractors.
• Coordinating with Finance, Tender and Bangladesh department related to project/tender pricing.
• Coordinating with local/foreign contractors during the HVAC installation locally and in Bangladesh.

Academic Qualifications:

• S.S.C/ O, level.

Experience Required:

• 2-3 Years

• Must be target oriented, able to fulfill responsibilities.
• Manage existing & new potential customers by personal activities, using face to face contact to provide a personal service.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Must be a team player with good presentation skill.
• Should have positive attitude.
• Ability to maintain self composure in a high pressure work place.
