Additional Job Requirements:

  • Business promotion and sales, business development.
  • Daily Customer Visit and follow up.
  • Prepare daily work plan and call report as well as closing report at the weekend.
  • Time to time report to your team leader.
  • Must be target oriented, Self-motivated able to fulfill responsibilities as well as given target.
  • Must be a team member, proactive and willing to take initiative and result oriented.
  • Regular follow-up with existing, new and potential clients.
  • Capable to build a strong friendly relationship with the customers.
  • Aggressive in achieving sales goal.
  • Capable to identify our customer market.
  • Capable to promote your product to the customer with attractive expression.
  • Must act as a bridge between the company and its current market and future markets to promote the product.
  • Should have sound computer proficiency specially MS Office package, Online marketing, Internet browsing, excellent interpersonal skill, and good command over written & spoken English.
  • Ready to work under stress & pressure.
  • Manage existing & new potential customers by personal sales visits, using face to face contact to provide a personal service.
  • Prepare report as required by management.
  • Develop and simultaneously create the company`s brand image.

Academic Qualifications:

  • Minimum Graduate/Bachelor`s degree in any discipline.

Experience Required:

  • Minimum 02 Years or Fresher can apply.

Additional Job Requirements:

  • Male and female both are allowed to apply.
  • We will give priority whose are experience in Land/Plot Selling Companies.
  • Should have good mentality, responsibilities and attitude in all respect.
  • Should be diplomatic, team and service oriented.
  • At least 1/2 years of working experience in similar position.
  • Should be a computer literate.
  • Must be Hard working, punctual, innovative, well behaved, manner.
  • Manage existing & new potential customers by personal sales visits, using physical contact to provide a personal service.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Must be a team player with good presentation skill.
  • Should have positive attitude.
  • Ability to maintain self composure in a high pressure work place.
