• Must have extensive experience of owning and delivering complex sales & marketing strategies across multiple business units and products.
• Capable to open Distribution Point & Dealer Point in working area.
• Great leadership and influencing skills and must have managed and coordinate a sales team.
• Ensure the operation of a successful and seamless multi-channel sales model.
• Management of the extensive sales team to ensure a customer-centric culture and creating a well-defined growth strategy.
• Should be able to think out of the box, identify gap and create promotional material in line with marketing plan
• Achieve monthly & yearly sales targets provided by the sales team for Consumer and Food Item.
• Monitor and report on effectiveness of relevant communications.
• Should have experience in the following area(s): Retail, Corporate & Distribution Sales.
• Must be target oriented, able to fulfill responsibilities.
• Regular follow-up with existing/ potential clients.
• Build a strong relationship with the customer.
• Market visit, client hunt, creating market opportunity.
• Must act as a bridge between the company and its current market and future markets to promote the product.
• Manage existing & new potential customers by personal sales visits, using face to face contact to provide a personal service.
• Prepare report as required by management.
• Develop plans for products and promotion and taking necessary action regarding integrated brand management.
• Develop and simultaneously create the company`s brand image.
  

• Minimum Graduate/BBA/MBA degree in any discipline.
• Academic Qualification is Flexible for experience Person.   

• Minimum (5-10) years Sales & Marketing experience in any Food & Consumer Item.  

• Must be target oriented, able to fulfill responsibilities.
• Manage existing & new potential customers by personal sales visits, using face to face contact to provide a personal service.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Should have positive attitude.
