Job Responsibilities : |
- We are looking for a marketing person who is should have production background.
- The applicant must have good communication and negotiation skill.
- He should handle the orders/buyers independently.
- Should have good business link at least with buying house & 4/5 direct customer.
- The applicant should have good relation with the buyers.
- Develop flow plan and pricing strategy that supports category positioning.
- Generate various business analysis (weekly, monthly and seasonally)
- Prepare pre cost sheet of each product, review Production Tech pack.
- Maintain regular communication with Production, Supply Chain and commercial and ensures an effective partnership. Evaluate staff performance, disciplinary matters, training needs and their career development plans

Academic Qualifications :
- Minimum Bachelor degree from any discipline.

| Experience Required : |
- The applicants should have 6-7 years experience in Garments Industry.
|
| Additional Job Requirements : |
- The applicants should have experience in the following area: Merchandising
- Reporting and quantitative analytical ability. Good interpersonal & communication skill
