Job Responsibilities :
  • Marketing of Lift & Escalator (Office/Market based )
  • Must be target oriented, able to fulfill responsibilities.
  • Able to Prepare price quotation
  • Able to visit project site and collect Lift/Escalator shaft measurement individually. 
  • Build a strong relationship with the clients.
  • Regular follow up with existing / new potential clients and arrange meeting with them.
  • Regular Market visit, new client hunt, creating market opportunity individually.
  • Must act as a bridge between the company and its current market and future markets to promote the product.
  • Make presentation to the potential clients.
  • Manage existing & new potential customers by personal sales visits, using face to face contact to provide a personal service.
  • Prepare Sales / Market report as required by management.
  • Prepare upgraded sales plan 
  • Develop plans for products and promotion and taking necessary action regarding integrated brand management. (X)
  • Develop and simultaneously create the company`s brand image. (X)
  • Duty Area  : Dhaka, Chittagong
  • Computer skills in word, Excel & Microsoft Power point
Academic Qualifications : 
  • Minimum Graduate/Bachelor`s degree in any discipline     
Experience Required :
  • Minimum  (2-4) years  sales and marketing experience   in  Lift and Escalator Sector of any  brand
Additional Job Requirements :
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Should have positive attitude.
Salary range  : To be mention by the Applicant/ Negotiable
