Job Description / Responsibility:
  • Provide accurate counseling over the phone. .
  • Make and Receive Phone call.
  • Prepare necessary document, fill out forms, and maintain file and records.
  • Maintain positive relationship with Dealers.
  • Prepare and produce necessary reports to the authority time to time.
  • Receive and replay email via online.
  • Other job responsibility may be assigned to the applicant as per the requirement by the company management.
  • Writing and presenting reports to clients and management.
  • Should be able to self-motivate and work under pressure.
  • Problem solving and analytical ability.
Academic Qualifications : 
  • Bachelor degree in any discipline
Additional Job Requirements :
  • Candidate must have good communication and computer skill.
  • Strong oral and written communication skill both in Bengali & English.
  • Capability of convincing prospects.
  • Customer friendly attitude and polite behavior.
  • Able to work under minimum supervision.
