Job Description / Responsibility
  • Objectives:
  • Being results oriented sales associate with an exact track record of success in exceeding customer service and sales goals.
  • Desiring to pursue a leadership position with a growing company.
  • Being sales professional highly effective at meeting and exceeding sales quotes on consistent basis.
  • Staying up to date on latest market trends and product changes.
  • Seeking to build upon year`s experiences in challenging new position.
  • Job Responsibilities:
  • Looking for new customer hunting to lead generate.
  • Achieving company's goal through direct Marketing & Sales, Database Marketing and Tele-Marketing.
  • Creating a strong client base relationship for potential opportunities.
  • Meeting prospective clients and promote about projects.
  • Meeting with interested prospects and customers and offer them project visit.
  • Communicate with prospects to identify their requirements and choice of property.
  • Maintaining communication with prospects to provide a home solution.
  • Ensuring proper sales target is achieved.
  • Updating working prospect status in a regular base in sales software.
  • Updating daily activities reports in sales software in regular basis.

Educational Requirements
  • Graduate / Post Graduate from any reputed University. Education requirements may be relaxed for outstanding candidates.
Experience Requirements
  • 4 to 7 year(s)
  • The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
  • Analytical Skills, Marketing and Sales, Negotiation Skills
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area
  • Group of Companies, Real Estate

Additional Job Requirements
  • Age 25 to 35 years
  • Male and Female are allowed to apply
  • Ability to work in a multi-tasking environment.
  • The incumbent should be dynamic, well organized, self driven, have good personality and possess leadership quality.
  • Possess high degree of correspondence & analytical ability. Should have strong communication skill.
