Job Description / Responsibility

Job Context
The company is looking for a candidate for a temporary position of archivist for its corporate head office to set up a file storage system. The position will be within the Administrative Division. He/she will have primary day-to-day responsibility for sifting through all paperwork on the Mohammadi Group Head Office premises and creating an organizational system to keep track of archived material.
Job Responsibilities
Make a master list of important documents for the Customs Audit
Remove duplicates of documents
Organize a central set of all documents related to an order dating back to 5 years
Evaluate and preserve the records in keeping with systems and protocols
Schedule and arrange for the retention and destruction of records where necessary
Arrange for digitization of backlog

Educational Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in law, library science, history, or archival science

Experience Requirements

1 to 3 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Garments, Group of Companies

Additional Job Requirements

Exceptional organizational skills
Positive "can-do" attitude with the ability to take ownership
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective collaboration
