Job Description / Responsibility
  • Smart dealing with clients to achieve goal.
  • Building rapport with concerned parties.
  • Visiting the market extensively and creating new clients.
  • Executing the entire marketing process from order to on-time delivery.
  • We are employing this role in order to visit the Govt office and establish a business relationship.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to pursue and secure contracts, ensuring alignment with
  • organizational goals.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key government stakeholders, understanding their needs and
  • requirements.
  • Negotiate terms and conditions of contracts with government agencies, ensuring favorable outcomes
  • for the company.
  • Conduct thorough research and analysis of tender specifications, identifying risks and opportunities.
  • Monitor and track tender progress, providing regular updates to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Continuously evaluating and refining business development strategies and processes to enhance
  • effectiveness and efficiency in capturing government sector opportunities.

Educational Requirements
  • Civil Engineer for Building construction (Diploma or B.S.C) (5 Years Experience)
  • Bachelor from Any Reputed Public/Private University for Marketing.
Experience Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years/Fresher job experience to Surgical Equipment/ Health care
  • products/ Any Govt. Tender PWD, LGED Education Departments. Expert.

Additional Job Requirements
  • Skills & Expertise
  • Strong Communication skills in both English & Bengali.
  • Ability to work under pressure and stress.
  • High Computer literacy with Microsoft Office, Word and Excel with a reasonable typing speed in
  • English & Bangla.
  • Should have ability to maintain confidentiality at all times.
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area:
  • Govt/Semi Govt. Project, Heavy Surgical Equipment, Health Products, LGED, PWD, Education
  • Engineering Department, Govt Supply Etc.
